- completed elementary school
- french skills is of advantage
- you enjoy cooking and handling food
- keen perception
- ability to coodrdinate the flow of work
- creativity and you enjoym when experimenting
- good sense of smell and taste
- ability to work in a team
- ability to work under pressure and flexibilty
