Our barkeeper Kilian Schmied, 26 years young, has created his own Gin. This winter he will bring it on the market.
The Bernese Oberland has its’ own gin. Barkeeper Kilian schmied creates his own juniper schnaps – the Eiger Gin. He finds almost all ingredients at the foot of the Eiger and therefore he’s named it “liquid Grindelwald”.
