You run through everyday life – but when do you run mindfully for yourself? Discover the power that arises when you let your body move freely, find your breath and finally run to the beat of your own rhythm again.
What awaits you:
- TRAILRUNNING SESSIONS – from flowing to alpine Routes vary between 9 and 16 km, elevation gain 550-110 m
- YOGA & ATTENTION – in Vinaya Flow style you regenerate your tired legs and refresh yourself
- CYCLE & MENOPAUSE – workshops to better understand your body
- TIME FOR YOU – in the midst of breathtaking mountain scenery
- EXCHANGE – among like-minded women

Program:
Retreat start: Friday morning 9 am
Daily: Morning yoga, breakfast, workshops (SA & SO), running sessions lasting several hours, time for yourself, yoga, dinner, time for yourself
Retreat end: Sunday 5 pm
Leader: Saskia Del Zotto – coach in holistic women’s health, yoga teacher and enthusiastic mountain runner
Running guide: Melanie Trummer – Grindelwald local and experienced runner, including participant in the Eiger Ultra Trail
