The forest offers us a wonderful energy with all its treasures, which has a strengthening effect on our well-being, both mentally and physically. Start your day by getting in touch with yourself and nature and let yourself be carried by this power! “Forest bathing” = Shinrin Yoku from Japanese: “Immersion in the forest atmosphere”.
