Manual lymphatic drainage is a gentle but very effective technique for supporting the lymphatic system and treating various complaints, particularly swelling, chronic pain and inflammation. It promotes healing, relieves pain and contributes to general health promotion.

PS: Massages during pregnancy are only possible from the 16th week onwards.
