Since the ban of destilling staple food such as potatoes and grains was lifted in Switzerland 1999, the Swiss whisky is booming and very high quality single malt whiskies from Switzerland have established on the global market. In our Whisky Lounge you’ll find a large selection of Swiss single malt whiskies and our specialist Hugo da Silva will introduce some of the most imaginative and creative sorts from the Swiss destilleries. Degustation highlight: the “high”aged Swiss whisky; the one aged at 4000 m above sea level from Jungfraujoch ICE Label.

120 seats on the village square, in the alp hut and in front of the Aletsch glacier. The themed restaurant Barry’s leaves no culinary wishes unfulfilled. Especially for groups, we offer a fixed price for our à la carte menu: each seminar participant put an individual 3-course menu together on the spot, consisting of starter, main course and dessert from the current Barry’s menu. Howsoever the individual menu selection is, the fixed rate of CHF 52 per person is guaranteed. This offer is valid from 10 to 50 persons. Our coach cuisine, Georg Jussel, will assist you in arranging suitable menus for up to 120 persons.
