Yin yoga is a quiet, rather passive style of yoga. The practice is by no means to be underestimated and can have a profound effect on body and mind. In Yin Yoga, it is not so much the muscles that are addressed, but the deeper layers in the body. It has a strong effect on meridians and chakras.
