All organs, muscles and body functions are located in the corresponding reflex zones on the foot. A connection is made via the nerves, blood, lymph and life energy channels (meridians). By applying pressure to the reflex zones, the organs are positively influenced, tensions and blockages are released and energy can flow freely again.
