Liveliness – light-heartedness – optimism
Laughter yoga is a unique method that combines laughter exercises with deep yoga breathing, so laughter can also be seen as a powerful breathing exercise. As a result, the body absorbs more oxygen, which has various positive health effects that have been scientifically proven:
- Strengthening the immune system
- Reduction of stress hormones (adrenaline, cortisol)
- Pain-reducing effect
- Mood lifting, antidepressant effect and many more

The group courses take place every Tuesday 8.30 – 9.30 am (free for members / hotel guests).
