Laughyoga

Laughter yoga is a unique method that combines laughter exercises with deep yoga breathing, so laughter can also be seen as a powerful breathing exercise. As a result, the body absorbs more oxygen, which has various positive health effects that have been scientifically proven:

  • Strengthening the immune system
  • Reduction of stress hormones (adrenaline, cortisol)
  • Pain-reducing effect
  • Mood lifting, antidepressant effect and many more

Discover the positive effects of laughter on your health and well-being.

The group courses take place every Tuesday 8.30 – 9.30 am (free for members / hotel guests).

Take time for yourself and enjoy the peace and strength within you – every Wednesday at 5 pm in the Eiger Spa.
