Workshop for everyone, who is interested in the themes culinary art, enjoyment and who likes food!
Enjoyment coach Freddy Christandl explains and lets you experience what real food is all about nowadays. In the evening, the Eiger kitchen crew will create a menu und his supervision, with local products which were more important in the past than today. During dinner, he will answer more culinary questions together with local producers. As a small surprise, please bring some food which reminds you of your childhood.
