Enjoy individual attention from your yoga teacher and the exclusivity of a small group. The yoga classes are based on the many years of experience and high quality of your yoga teacher.

You will see and feel it: Just two and a half days with yoga and plenty of free space for yourself have an amazing effect and allow you to simply leave everyday life behind you for a moment. The excellent yoga practice, combined with targeted meditation, will connect body, mind and soul and perhaps even make them one. We are looking forward to practising together with you and letting an inner contentment arise.
