RESILIENCE JUST A MAGIC WORD?
No, because resilience explains why some people can cope with extreme stresses under which others seem to break. Resilience is the inner resilience that helps to prevent emotional exhaustion and to overcome setbacks, crises, changes, conflicts and defeats. We cannot remove stress from everyday life, but dealing with emotions and pressure can be learned.
You learn how emotions influence performance, health, immune system and mood.
You will learn how to build resilience strategies* and interrupt stress automatisms.
You will learn the effective and simple HeartMath®/Method to control negative emotions.
You train concentration, presence and self-management in challenges
*Resilience is the term used to describe resilience, inner strength, resilience or inner immune system. The ability to adapt again and again to new circumstances in times of extreme change.

Christina Weigl was born in Austria. She is a qualified trainer and NLP trainer. She is a certified supervisor/coach and cert. HeartMath®/Resilience trainer.
